In August 2025, HSCRANE successfully shipped a customized 10-ton electric gantry crane to an African manufacturing base. The crane will be used for material handling and assembly in a newly built production workshop. This successful shipment highlights HSCRANE’s strong engineering capability and reliable international delivery performance. It also contributes to Africa’s industrial modernization with efficient and safe lifting solutions.

With Africa’s growing manufacturing and infrastructure sectors, demand for advanced lifting equipment is rapidly increasing. The client is a local company specializing in steel structures and mechanical equipment manufacturing. Its workshop focuses on welding, assembly, and transport of medium-sized components.
During equipment selection, the client required compact structure, smooth operation, wind and dust resistance, and easy maintenance. The crane also needed to operate safely under high-temperature outdoor conditions for long durations. As the unit was shipped by sea for rapid local installation, modular design and transport efficiency were essential.

Core parameters of the 10t gantry crane:
The crane features a high-strength steel frame with industrial-grade wear-resistant casters for easy in-plant mobility. It supports multi-station lifting operations across different work areas. The electric hoist, as the lifting core, offers high efficiency, low noise, and long service life. It ensures reliable performance under frequent operational cycles.
A VFD frequency control system enables smooth start and stop with precise positioning. This design minimizes load swing and impact, improving both safety and working efficiency. For better flexibility, operators can control the crane via remote or ground control panel. Safety functions include overload protection, limit switches, and emergency power-off brakes. All features comply with international FEM and ISO design standards.

To meet export-level quality, HSCRANE strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system. Main components such as girders and legs are CNC-machined and robot-welded for precision. All welds undergo ultrasonic testing to ensure structural strength and reliability.
Before delivery, engineers conducted multiple performance tests including load, speed, brake, and stability tests. All parameters met FEM and CE requirements, ensuring full compliance with international standards.

After quality inspection, the crane entered the export packaging phase. HSCRANE used reinforced steel frames and waterproof wooden crates for secure shipment. Key components were treated for moisture and salt spray resistance.
The equipment was shipped via full-container sea freight, monitored by HSCRANE’s logistics team. This ensured safe and timely delivery to the customer’s factory.

The client highly appreciated HSCRANE’s overall solution and technical professionalism. The gantry crane exceeded expectations in both flexibility and operational safety. After installation, it enabled fast work area transitions between workshops. This greatly improved logistics efficiency and reduced labor costs.

The successful delivery marked another milestone for HSCRANE in the African market. It also laid a strong foundation for future regional cooperation projects. Going forward, HSCRANE will continue expanding its global presence. We remain dedicated to providing high-quality products and smart lifting solutions. Our mission is to support global customers in achieving automation and intelligent upgrades.
