HSCRANE recently completed factory testing for an 8-ton electric trackless gantry crane. This equipment was tailored specifically for an Argentine client. The equipment is packed to ocean standards and containerized. It was sent to Qingdao Port for delivery to Argentina.
The client needed flexible routing and had unique ground conditions. Our technical team recommended a trackless operation solution for them. This machine requires no ground slotting or steel rails. It saves initial infrastructure costs for the client significantly. It also allows mobile operations across multiple workshop areas.

The long sea transit required strict protection. Our team applied anti-rust and anti-moisture treatments to all metal parts. The 7.3-meter legs and 4-meter main girder were secured at the container bottom. High-strength lashing straps prevent bumps during ocean travel. The ground beams feature a custom electrical frame raised by 8 centimeters. We wrapped these protruding parts with soft materials during packaging. The 8-ton electric hoist and motor were sealed in fumigation-free wooden boxes. This protects precision electrical components from salt spray corrosion.
