Product Description

A flexible lifting option intended for a range of industrial uses is an electric hoist semi-gantry crane. A semi-gantry crane, in contrast to a full gantry crane, has one leg that runs on a rail that is fixed in the ground and the other end that runs on an elevated rail or beam that is fastened to a building's wall or other structure. It is perfect for usage in spaces with limited floor area or in combination with other overhead cranes because of its layout.

The CD/MD model electric hoist is used in conjunction with an electric hoist semi-gantry crane. It is a tiny, medium-sized crane that travels on tracks. Its proper lifting weight is 2 to 16tons, proper span is 5 to 20 meters. Its proper working temperature is -20℃ to 40℃.

The product is a general-purpose crane that is frequently used to hoist objects in mechanized shops. The product can be controlled remotely or with ground control. The unique crossbeam gearbox can expand the workshop's capabilities.

Characteristics

  • Main Girder: The horizontal beam that spans the width of the crane. It supports the hoist and trolley, bearing the load being lifted.

    Supporting Leg: The vertical structure that supports one side of the main girder and runs on a ground rail.

    Wall-Mounted Beam: The elevated rail or beam attached to the wall or structure of the building that supports the other side of the main girder.

  • Electric Hoist: The mechanical device that lifts and lowers the load. It is attached to the trolley and moves along the girder.

    Trolley: moves the hoist horizontally along the main girder.

    End Carriages:at each end of the main girder that house the wheels allowing the crane to move along the rails.
