The relocation included heavy processing machines, automated line modules, and large structural components with high individual weights and strict installation accuracy.The new factory adopted advanced automation and intelligent layouts, requiring multiple overhead crane to work together for precise heavy lifting and positioning.Traditional single crane solutions could no longer meet the integrated relocation and installation requirements.

During implementation, the HSCRANE team followed standardized engineering procedures for relocation and installation.Production equipment was dismantled, labeled, and protected at the old plant, then overhead crane systems were installed and commissioned at the new site.Multi crane linkage testing was completed before coordinated lifting and transfer of heavy equipment.Laser measurement and precision positioning ensured millimeter level alignment of production line equipment.In the final stage, HSCRANE assisted with line commissioning and trial operation, ensuring stable production startup.
