During production, the HSCRANE workshop strictly follows ISO quality systems. It also complies with domestic and international crane safety manufacturing codes. Every process is traceable and standardized.

• Raw material selection and cutting: High-strength Q345B structural steel plates are selected. CNC laser cutting and beveling ensure welding penetration and structural strength.
• Welding and NDT testing: Certified professional welders execute all core stressed welds. Ultrasonic testing is strictly applied to eliminate defects like pores and inclusions.
• Sandblasting and surface coating: Steel components undergo Sa2.5 shot blasting for rust removal. A three-layer anticorrosion process uses epoxy zinc-rich primer, middle paint, and polyurethane topcoat. The total coating thickness exceeds 220 microns. This effectively resists erosion in dry northern industrial zones and coastal humid environments.
• Electrical system assembly: We strictly follow North American grid standards (AC480V/60Hz). We choose top low-voltage electrical components like Schneider. Overload protection, limit switches, and emergency stops ensure high system reliability.

Professional Moisture-Proof, Shock-Proof Reinforcement and Standardized Packaging

Considering trans-Pacific ocean shipping and rough local land transport in Mexico, we packaged the portable gantry crane carefully. We combined modular wooden boxes with vacuum moisture-proofing solutions.

• Moisture-proof vacuum packaging: Precision electrical cabinets, hoist motors, and handles use thick aluminum foil vacuum bags. Sufficient silica gel desiccant is placed inside. This prevents circuit dampness caused by marine temperature differences.
• Exposed metal rust prevention: Crane hooks, wheel treads, and fasteners are evenly coated with industrial antirust oil. Dust-proof protective covers are also added.
• Export fumigation-free wooden boxes: Core components use fumigation-free plywood boxes complying with ISPM 15 standards. High-density pearl cotton and steel strap tightening devices are added inside. This ensures zero displacement or collision risks inside 20ft or 40ft containers.

Multimodal Transport and Multinational Logistics Shipping Guarantee

HSCRANE’s foreign trade logistics department fully tracks the logistics plan. This ensures seamless connection between documents and goods.

• Customs declaration and document preparation: Certificates of origin, inspection documents, invoices, and packing lists are prepared early. This ensures smooth customs inspection in Mexico.
• Domestic collection and container loading: Goods go directly from the factory to Qingdao Port terminal. Professional supervisors photograph every fixing node during container loading. An official loading report is then issued.
• Ocean shipping route tracking: Quality shipping lines are selected with a 28-day voyage. Goods go directly to Manzanillo Port in Mexico. Heavy trucks then transfer them to the client’s factory in Monterrey.

On-Site Delivery and Result Feedback

After the portable gantry crane arrived at the Monterrey factory, HSCRANE’s technical team guided assembly remotely. The equipment operated smoothly under AC480V/60Hz conditions with excellent full-load test performance. The client’s engineering director spoke highly of it.
