On August 27, 2025, HSCRANE delivered two 10-ton FEM standard single girder overhead cranes to a steel pipe manufacturer in Johannesburg, South Africa. With a focus on compliance, adaptability, and efficient logistics, HSCRANE effectively addressed the client’s heavy pipe handling needs for plant expansion, completing the entire process from production to operation in just 35 days.

HSCRANE’s engineering team developed two FEM standard single girder overhead cranes tailored to the client’s workshop layout and operating conditions. The equipment adopted a modular design and featured low-headroom wire rope hoists, maximizing available building height to increase lifting efficiency.
Main Configuration Parameters:

After arrival at the client’s workshop, HSCRANE engineers completed main beam assembly, rail alignment, and load testing on site. A 11-ton load test verified lifting precision within ±3 mm, with smooth and stable crane motion. A two-hour hands-on training session was conducted for operators, covering emergency handling and daily maintenance essentials.

After commissioning, the client reported that the cranes ran smoothly, quietly, and responsively. The variable frequency control system improved lifting precision and operational safety, fully meeting the assembly line requirements.
HSCRANE demonstrated its three key strengths: rapid response, high-standard manufacturing, and international service capability. Relying on the European-standard design system and advanced production technology, HSCRANE ensures the reliability and durability of its cranes. With a robust global delivery and remote technical support network, HSCRANE guarantees efficient project execution and stable performance across international markets—earning strong trust from global clients.
