With continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, Pakistan has gained new opportunities in road and bridge infrastructure development. To meet highway bridge construction demands for large lifting equipment, a Pakistani infrastructure project partnered with HSCRANE. A high-performance bridge girder launcher was customized for efficient and continuous multi-span beam erection.
The construction environment was complex, requiring high stability, safety, and adaptability. Relying on mature customization capabilities and extensive overseas experience, HSCRANE completed design, manufacturing, delivery, and on-site installation successfully.

Based on bridge structure types and site conditions, HSCRANE engineers conducted multiple technical communications with the client. Key information was fully understood, including:
The bridge girder launcher design considered transportation and on-site assembly convenience. Key load-bearing components used high-strength steel materials. The whole machine provides excellent rigidity and stability. In control systems and safety devices, multiple protection mechanisms were integrated. During manufacturing, HSCRANE strictly implemented internal quality management systems. Multiple inspections covered material procurement, welding processes, structural machining, and final assembly. Core components were pre-assembled and commissioned before delivery. This ensured fast and smooth on-site installation and commissioning.
For overseas application characteristics, key electrical systems and components were optimized. This improved operational reliability under high-temperature and dusty environments.

After factory acceptance, the bridge girder launcher was shipped to Pakistan by sea. HSCRANE dispatched experienced engineers to the construction site. They assisted with unloading, assembly, commissioning, and trial operation. With close cooperation, installation progressed smoothly. All performance indicators met design requirements. After no-load and load testing, the first beam erection was completed successfully. This laid a solid foundation for subsequent bridge construction.

Currently, the bridge girder launcher is in formal operation. It demonstrates stable performance and high working efficiency. Bridge erection progress has been significantly improved.
